Terms of delivery return policy
These terms are the basis of our website. Read them with attention. At Magistraal en Zielsverbeelding VOF, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients. The product purchase is possible only in Euro and including VAT at the applicable rate, excluding shipping costs. Different shipping costs apply for shipment within the Netherlands than shipment to Belgium. You automatically pay the shipping costs when you purchase the deck in our web shop. When you order the card deck, you will receive it within 2-5 business days on your doormat at the address provided for your order within the Netherlands and Belgium. This depends in part on how busy the mail order company is, for which we cannot be held responsible nor liable. We are also not liable for loss and damage to the deck once delivered (unless caused by our negligence). We take no responsibility for failure to deliver due to possible errors on order addresses and are not liable for them. If you find out that there are errors in your order, please contact us. To do so, send an e-mail to contact@kaartendecklichtendonker.nl. We aim to respond to your message within 48 hours. Our terms and conditions may be changed from time to time. You are responsible for taking note of the applicable terms and conditions on our website.
Delivery, cancellation and refund conditions in the pre-order phase
The pre-order phase of the card deck runs through Sunday, Nov. 19, 2023. Magistraal en Zielsverbeelding VOF strives to provide a worry-free experience for you, the client. If you decide to order our card deck during the pre-order phase, you can rest assured that the order will be ready by the end of November 2023. Once the card deck is ready, we’ll send it to you right away! We appreciate your support and understand the importance of receiving your order on time. Your satisfaction is important to us, but we also understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel the pre-order, we offer you the opportunity to do so. Contact us no later than the first of November 2023 and we will process your cancellation. You will also be refunded the cost of shipping. Cancellations after Nov. 1, 2023 will not be eligible for a full refund (but 75% + shipping). We strive to be honest and clear about our terms of delivery so you can store with us with confidence.
Delivery, cancellation and refund conditions after pre-order phase
The pre-order phase ended on Monday, Nov. 20, 2023. In case of cancellation, if the order has already been shipped or if you have already received it, you are responsible for costs of delivery and the risk of returning the unused, undamaged goods to our postal address. Shipping charges are non-refundable (except for an incorrect or damaged item delivered). We will refund the paid amount to your account as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days, provided the deck you returned is in the same condition as it was sent to you. Should you fail to pay the cost of return, we reserve the right to deduct this cost from the amount to be refunded to you. If the card deck is out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email. You can then cancel your order or, by mutual agreement, wait for a possible new print run. Should there be no new print run, we will refund the paid amount to your account as soon as possible, but in any case within 30 days.
